Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, The415Fortune is an artist, producer, songwriter, and visual creator whose music speaks to people who have been counted out, broken down, and forced to rebuild themselves from the ground up.
His musical journey began in the seventh grade. Over the years, he developed his craft through independent labels, industry affiliations, film placements, collaborations, and countless recording sessions. Formerly known simply as Fortune, he became The415Fortune to permanently connect his identity to the 415, the area code that represents his foundation, culture, and the community that helped shape him.
His path has not always been easy. Personal loss, broken relationships, career setbacks, addiction, and periods of uncertainty tested him along the way. Rather than hiding those experiences, The415Fortune turned them into fuel for his music. Now more than six years sober, he creates from the perspective of someone who has faced difficult chapters, fought his way back, and emerged stronger.
That transformation is at the heart of SELAH, his most personal and complete project to date. The album captures the transition from survival to reflection, clarity, and forward movement.
